Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. Please note that there are certain types of goods that are exempt from being returned. These include fan bodies that have been dropped, blades that have been bent, fans that have been used, and instances where over-voltage has been applied to the product. Additionally, if you have attempted to repair the circuits of the fan yourself, it will not be eligible for return. In the event that your item meets the eligibility criteria for a return, you have two options. Firstly, you may choose to request a replacement if applicable. Secondly, we will repair the product and dispatch it back to you within 5-7 days. Please understand that we do not offer refunds on any item unless it is deemed a special case. We take pride in providing a 2-year motor warranty and a 1-year circuit warranty with our products to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
