Description
- Be sure to turn off the electrical supply at the circuit breaker before installation.
- Installation must be done by a qualified electrician only.
- Do not attempt to install the unit yourself.
- Do not use with a dimmer. (IMPORTANT: using with a dimmer will void the warranty).
- Improper installation may result in a risk of fire, electrical shock, or injury to persons.
- Be sure the fan is to be connected to the grounded outlet box.
- It's ESSENTIAL that blades be NO LESS THAN 2.3 meters from the floor and that adequate clearance exists between the fan and adjacent walls, furnishings, etc.
- If the fan is operating abnormally, cut the power off immediately for inspection.
- T indicates suitable for tropical climates.
- Ta-Ambient temperature 45 C.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliances.
Disconnect the electrical supply for safety purposes. Use a cloth with a neutral cleaning agent to clean the fan. Then wipe it with a dry cloth. DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTORHEAD IN WATER.
Precautions:
- Use only the built-in charger;
– no third-party/solar chargers.
- Do not use dimmers/voltage regulators on the supply line;
– connect to clean 220–240 V AC.
- Install indoors only;
– avoid outdoor/high-humidity/saline/corrosive environments.
- Do not open or modify:
– the sealed battery compartment, BMS, or wiring.
- Prevent terminal shorting;
– and accessories only.

Proper earthing required;
– ensure a grounded neutral common across the premises.
- Verify wiring & voltage quality;
– sustained over/under-voltage, surges, harmonics, or generator/inverter output outside spec can damage electronics—use a suitable stabilizer/UPS if needed.
- Keep away from water/chemicals;
– do not clean with liquids/solvents; wipe with a dry/anti-static cloth.
- Authorized installation only;
– improper mounting or weak ceiling structure can cause hazards.
- Inverter/generator use:
– ensure waveform/voltage compatibility before connection.
- Pest/rodent protection:
– prevent nesting/chewing near wiring and canopy
Terms and Conditions
Inverter fan motors are covered by a 5-year repair warranty starting from the purchase date, subject to specific terms.
Exclusions:
- The repair warranty does not cover damages from accidents, attempted repairs, negligence, or customer mishandling.
- Motor burnout due to voltage fluctuations or water seepage (except waterproof ceiling fans) is not included.
- Correct Motor Controller connections as per manual instructions are necessary.
- Repair warranty becomes void if the Motor Controller is damaged by connection to a dimmer.
- Warranty does not cover breakage of parts.
- Components of fans, including remotes and Motor Controller, have a 5-year repair warranty from the purchase date.
- To make a warranty claim, the warranty card must be completed, signed, and stamped by the authorized dealer.
- Altered warranty cards, such as cutting or overwriting, will not be accepted.
- For cases not covered by the repair warranty, service and replacement charges will apply.
- Replacement for non-repairable manufacturing faults requires approval from the authorized service provider.
- The company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using Tamoor Fan products.
- Replacement warranty is valid for 10 days from the purchase date; after that, charges will apply for any component repair or replacement.
